About

Over the course of three decades, Martin has successfully coached hundreds of senior leaders including CEOs, C-Suite executives and Vice Presidents from organizations including Google, Whole Foods Market, Starbucks, Bank of America and Time Warner. 

 

As a former Chief People Officer and retail banking executive, Martin understands the pressure and challenges senior leaders face on a day to day basis and approaches his coaching practice from a place of experience.  He has worked in industries and organizations at various cycles of growth, from startup to mature, and understands the associated demands of leaders.  Martin has lived and worked in Asia, Europe and North America.  He is culturally astute and knows what’s required of leaders to thrive in different environments.  

 

As an Executive Coach, Martin is known for his ability to get to the heart of issues and opportunities through thought provoking questions.  He elevates his clients thinking and helps them reframe challenges and opportunities to generate the right answers and next steps.   Martin understands that every client is different so he approaches his practice with flexibility and adaptability to best meet their needs.

Martin obtained his MBA from London Business School and a Masters in Organizational Development from the University of San Francisco.  He resides at Lake Las Vegas with his wife where he enjoys strength training, pickleball, mountain biking, reading and traveling when he’s not coaching.
